Plans will automatically renew unless cancelled. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
We do not offer refunds unless we explicitly state on our website that a refund will be offered in a specific circumstance. For example, we offer refunds as part of the score guarantee for our Premium Test Prep membership.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your initial class session. If you are unsatisfied with your initial class session, then we will provide you with a list of our other class options and offer you one free class session to compensate. If you are unsatisfied with your initial session, then we will match you with a new tutor and offer you one free tutoring session to compensate.
Cancellations, No-Shows, & Late Policy
Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice prior to canceling a scheduled tutoring session. If the client fails to provide this 24-hour notice or does not show up to a scheduled session, then the client will still be charged for the scheduled tutoring session. Clients cannot cancel class sessions. If a client cannot make a class session that they have already signed up for, then the client will lose that class credit. If a client shows up late to a scheduled session and/or class, then the client is only entitled to the remaining time in that session and/or class.
