FAQ & HOW TO

- On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, click on the “Book Now” menu option.
- This will open up the booking portal. You will be presented with different services such as “K-8 Tutoring”, “High School Tutoring”, etc. Select the service you would like to book.
- After selecting the service you would like to book, select how long you would like your tutoring session to be. The options listed are “30 Minute Session”, “45 Minute Session”, and “60 Minute Session”.
- Select the tutor you would like to have your sessions with. Each instructor has a little bit of information below their image that details the grade levels and subject areas they tutor.
- Once you have selected your tutor, the next page will present you with a booking calendar. Select the month and day that you would like to book your session. Then, select the time for your session in the section titled, “Available Start Time“.
- Once you have booked the day and time for your session, if you are logged in, you will be presented with some brief questions about the student participating in the tutoring sessions. Please fill out the fields with proper information when necessary.
- After answering the questions, check the box to confirm that you agree to our cancellation policy. You can click on the text to read our cancellation policy. If you would like to receive messages about our promotions, updates, etc., then please check the other checkbox. Then, click “Confirm Booking”.
- On the next page, you will be presented with the booking details and two options of payment. Select “PayPal” if you would like to pay through your PayPal account. If you would like to pay via a debit/credit card, select “Stripe” as your payment method.
- If you are paying with Stripe, input your credit/debit card information. Then, click the “Pay” button.
- If you are paying with PayPal, it will take you to PayPal’s login screen. Input your login credentials for PayPal. Once logged in, select one of the available payment options in your account and click “Pay Now“.
- All done! You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase detailing your tutor’s contact information as well as the Zoom link to your virtual session. Please be on the lookout for these!
Follow the same steps for “How Do I Book A Single Session?” except DO NOT select “Confirm Booking” for step 7. Instead, select “Add Another Service“.
- On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, hover over the menu option “Book Now” and in the drop down select “Session Packages“.
- The next page will list all the packages that we have available. Packages are labeled with the total number of hours in the package, each session’s length, and applicable grade level. Find the package you are looking for and click on the price button.
- On the next page, it will display your package details at the top and payment options at the bottom. Please select PayPal or Stripe (debit/credit card).If you select PayPal, then you will be redirected to PayPal’s site and be required to input your login information. Once you log in, select the method of payment and click “Pay Now” to complete purchase.
- If you are paying with Stripe, the next page will prompt you to input your credit/debit card. Select “Pay $x.xx” when you are finished.
- Once you have completed your payment, the next page will state “Payment received” and an invoice will be generated for you.
- To book any sessions associated with that package, select “Main Booking Page” or click on “Book Now” in the menu options.
- On that page, you will select the grade level associate with package purchase.
- The next page will list the duration times of each session for that grade level. Select the duration time associated with the package you purchased.
- The following page will prompt you to select the instructor. Click on “Read More” to find out what subject areas your instructor teaches. When you find the instructor that meets the subject area you are looking for, click on “Select” in that instructor’s section.
- The next page will prompt you to setup your sessions date and time. Select the date you would like to have your session on and the available start time for that day.
- On the following page, you will be required to fill in the questions presented. To the right of the questions, you will see the details of your session. Below the price of the session, you will see “Package credits can be used in the next step if they are available“. If you have purchased any packages on your account, your credits will automatically be applied.
- The next page will contain details of your session at the top. Under “Apply promocode” you will see a box that has details of the package you have purchased. Use the drop arrow to select the proper package if it does not default to it. Once the proper package is selected, you will see under “Total amount: $0.00”, indicating your credits have been applied.
- On the last page, you will receive “Payment received” and an invoice will generate for you. Thats it! Feel free to book anymore session associated with your package.
- On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, at the top right of the page you will see “Tutor Login” and “Student Login“. Click on the “Student Login” button.
- On the new page, you will see where it says “Student Dashboard” under the menu options and below that you will see the login portal. Input your username or email address, Password and lastly solve a simple math problem to verify you’re not a robot. Then click the “Log In” button to proceed to your student dashboard account.
- THATS IT! You are logged in to your student dashboard where you can see My Profile, My Courses, My Grades, Notifications, Private Post
1a. If you are already logged into your account, you will not see “Student Login” option at the top right of the screen.
2a. To get to the dashboard while your account is already logged in, you can click on the menu “My Account” or the submenu “Student Dashboard” under “My Account”.
- On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, click on the “Book Now” menu option.
- On the booking portal, you will see the menu options to the left side. Above that you will see a character icon. Click on that icon.
- When you click on the icon, a small window will pop up and state “You are logged in as:____“. Click on “My profile“
- After clicking on “My Profile“, another small window will popup. It will list your first name, email and phone number. Below that information, select “Bookings“.
- The next page at the top will say “Upcoming bookings” and “All Bookings”. Select which section you want to view. Below that, you will see the all the sessions you have coming up or every session you have booked.
- Thats it! Feel free to navigate to which ever booking session you are looking for. You can get detailed information for each booking and the answers to all the questions you answered during your initial purchase.
