FAQ & HOW TO

  1. On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, you will see in the top left corner “Create Account
  2. At the bottom of the sign in portal you will see “Don’t have an account? Sign up“. Additionally, at the top of the sign in portal, next to “Sign in” is “Sign up and continue“. Clicking on either one of these options will open up the necessary portal to create an account.
  3. Please fill in the designated areas with the proper information to create your account. Click on the three mandatory boxes as well as the fourth box if you are interested in receiving special promotions and AG Tutoring LLC updates.
  4. When you create your account on the booking portal, this will also create a separate account for your student dashboard.  You will be emailed shortly after creating your account with details of your login information for your student dashboard.
  5. Thats It! Please remember that the student dashboard account will use the same email you used to sign up for your booking portal account and this email can be used to login to both accounts. It is recommended that you change your student dashboard account password to one you are familiar with or one that matches your booking portal account password.
  1. On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, at the top right of the page you will see “Tutor Login” and “Student Login“. Click on the “Student Login” button. 
  2. On the new page, you will see where it says “Student Dashboard” under the menu options and below that you will see the login portal.  Input your username or email address, Password and lastly solve a simple math problem to verify you’re not a robot. Then click the “Log In” button to proceed to your student dashboard account.
  3. THATS IT! You are logged in to your student dashboard where you can see My Profile, My Courses, My Grades, Notifications, Private Post

1a. If you are already logged into your account, you will not see “Student Login” option at the top right of the screen.

2a. To get to the dashboard while your account is already logged in, you can click on the menu “My Account” or the submenu “Student Dashboard” under “My Account”.

  1. On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, click on the “Book Now” menu option.
  2. This will open up the booking portal. You will be presented with different categories of tutoring such as “K-8 Tutoring”, “High School Tutoring” etc. Select the category for the service you are looking for. This page is for the grade level you are looking for or if you are looking for classes, courses, consulting etc. 
  3. After selecting the category for the service you are looking for, select the time duration you desire for your tutoring session. The options listed are “30 Minute Session”, “45 Minute Session” and “60 Minute Session” for either “K-8 Level” or “High School Level
  4.  Select the instructor you would like to have your sessions with. Each instructor has a little bit of information below their image that details the grade levels and subject areas they instruct. Click on your desired instructor. 
  5. Once you have selected your desired instructor, the next page will present you with a booking calendar for your current month. Select the month that you would like your session to be in. Next, select the day you would like your session to be on. Then, below the calendar is a section that states, “Available Start Time“. Select the allotted start time for the day that you selected.
  6. Once you have booked the day and time for your session, if you are logged in, you will be presented with a variety of questions about the individual participating in the tutoring sessions. Please fill out the fields with proper information when necessary. 
  7. After filling out the proper information in the designated fields, check the box to confirm agreement for our cancellation policy. If you would like to receive messages about our promotions, updates etc. please check that box if you are interested. Then click “Confirm Booking”.
  8. On the next page, you will be presented with the booking details you are purchasing, the price, any promocodes you may have and two options of payment. Select “PayPal” if you would like to pay through your PayPal account. If you would like to pay via a debit/credit card, select “Stripe” as your payment method
    • If you are paying with Stripe, input the card information such as card number, month and year, and CVC. When the correct information is inputted, click the “Pay $xx.xx”. If you so happen to click out of entering your payment information in the Stripe popup, click “Pay with stripe
    • If you are paying with PayPal, it will take you to a PayPal’s login screen. Input your login credentials for PayPal. Once logged in, select the available payment options in your account and click “Pay Now“.
  9.  ALL DONE! You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase detailing your instructor’s contact information as well as the link to your virtual session. Please be on the lookout for these!
  1.  Follow Steps 1-7 of “How Do I Book A Single Session”(above) except do not select “Confirm Booking”. Instead select “Add another service
  2. This will take you back to the first page of the booking process, selecting the category of the service you are interested in. Proceed to follow steps 1-7 of “How Do I Book A Single Session”. When you get to step 7, you will see that there are two booking sessions you have scheduled and ready to purchase on the right side of the page.
  3. If you would like to book any more additional sessions, select “Add another service” again and go through the same steps. Once you have booked the desired amount of session, click “Confirm booking” and follow the remaining steps (steps 8-10) of “How Do I Book A Single Session” to complete your purchase. 
  4. PLEASE NOTE that this method is if you are not interested in purchasing a package. A package allows you to purchase a specific amount hours (5, 10, and 20 hours) at a discounted rate. This method is if you are interested in purchasing sessions one by one. 
  1. On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, hover over the menu option “Book Now” and in the drop down select Session Packages“.
  2. The next page will list all the packages that we have available by the number of hours and the grade level. In each package selection, you will see each package expiration date and the number of sessions available with that package and the price of each package surrounded by a green background. Find the session package you are looking for and click on the price box surrounded in green to go to the next page.  
  3.  On the next page, it will detail the package you are purchasing at the top and then the method of payment. Please select PayPal or Stripe (debit/credit card).
  4. If you select Paypal, you will be redirected to PayPals site and be required to input your login information. Once logged in, select the method of payment and click “Pay Now” to complete purchase.
    1. If you are paying with Stripe, the next page will prompt you to input your credit/debit card. Select “Pay $x.xx” when you are finished. 
  5. Once you have completed your payment, the next page will state “Payment received” and an invoice will be generated for you.
  6. To book any sessions associated with that package, select “Main Booking Page” or click on “Book Now” in the menu options.
  7. On that page, you will select the grade level associate with package purchase. 
  8. The next page will list the duration times of each session for that grade level. Select the duration time associated with the package you purchased. 
  9.  The following page will prompt you to select the instructor. Click on “Read More” to find out what subject areas your instructor teaches. When you find the instructor that meets the subject area you are looking for, click on “Select” in that instructor’s section. 
  10. The next page will prompt you to setup your sessions date and time. Select the date you would like to have your session on and the available start time for that day.
  11. On the following page, you will be required to fill in the questions presented. To the right of the questions, you will see the details of your session. Below the price of the session, you will see “Package credits can be used in the next step if they are available“. If you have purchased any packages on your account, your credits will automatically be applied.
  12. The next page will contain details of your session at the top. Under “Apply promocode” you will see a box that has details of the package you have purchased. Use the drop arrow to select the proper package if it does not default to it. Once the proper package is selected, you will see under “Total amount: $0.00”, indicating your credits have been applied.
  13. On the last page, you will receive “Payment received” and an invoice will generate for you. Thats it! Feel free to book anymore session associated with your package. 
  1. On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, click on the “Book Now” menu option. 
  2. This will open up the booking portal. You will be presented with different categories of tutoring such as “K-8 Tutoring”, “High School Tutoring” and “Classes”. The classes option typically has the semester and year label.  Select the “Classes” category option.
  3. Select the class you would like to sign up for. Please hover over the icon to the right of “Recurring” to see how many sessions this class has and how often its repeated.
  4. On the next page you will be presented with a calendar. Most classes are typically set on specific days of the week as well as a specific time of the day. You will be promoted to select what day you would like to start the class, based on the days and time the class is available. 
  5. Once you have selected the day and “available start times”, the next page will require you to input the proper information in the question fields. To the right of the questions, you will see the specific class that you selected and below that is the listed recurring dates for that class. The system will automatically book appointment the remaining sessions you have available. For example, if the class you selected has 8 sessions, the first sessions starts on the date you selected in the previous step. The remaining 7 sessions will automatically be booked based on the days that the class is available after the first session you selected. Select “Confirm booking” when you are finished.
  6. The next page will list the services you are purchasing, any coupon you may have and then selecting the method of payment: Stripe and PayPal.
  7. Once you have entered the required payment information, the next page will state “Payment received” and you will get an invoice number.
  8. Thats it! You will recieve an email detailing your instructors contact information as well as the online video link to the sessions. 
  1. On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, hover over the “Book Now” menu and click on “Memberships” in the drop down.
  2. On the next page, each course has a description of the course under the course name. Click on “Read Me” if you would like to know more about what the course includes. Below the description, it details the duration of the course and how many sessions are included in the course. Lastly, below the information it will indicate the price of the course. Click on the price of the course to select that course. 
  3. On the next page, you will see the name and price of the course you are purchasing towards the top. You can enter the promocode if you have any and then select PayPal or Stripe for your method of payment. Select Stripe if you would like to pay with a credit/debit card.
  4. If you select Paypal, you will be redirected to PayPals site and be required to input your login information. Once logged in, select the method of payment and click “Pay Now” to complete purchase.
    1. If you are paying with Stripe, the next page will prompt you to input your credit/debit card. Select “Pay $x.xx” when you are finished. 
  5. The next page will notify you that payment has been received and an invoice will be generated. 
  1. On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, click on the menu option “Book Now“. You can also hover over the “Book Now” menu option and click on “Book Now” in the drop down.
  2. On that page, you will be presented with the several different categories of our services. Select the category “Test Prep“.
  3. On the next page, you will be presented with the different sessions available to various courses we offer. Each session option will provide a detail description of what the session entails. You can select “Read More” to get more details. Below that, you will see the duration for that session. Find the session that is associated with the course you are signed up for and select “Select” to go to the next page. PLEASE NOTE that all these sessions indicate “Subscription required” in order to book the session. Please purchase the proper membership/subscription to book a session. 
  4. Next, you will be promoted to select the date and times that are available for that course session. PLEASE NOTE that some course sessions are only available on specific days and times only. 
  5.  If you are not already logged in, you will be promoted to login to your account. If you are already logged in, you will be directed to the next page. The next page will have the questions listed to the left side and right side will have details of the booking session. In the area with the questions, at the top you will be click the dropdown to select which membership is associated with this course session. If you have not purchased the course associated with this session, it will prompt you to purchase the course.  Next, answer the remaining questions in that section. Once finished, click “Confirm Booking“.
  6. The next page at the top, it will state “You’ve successfully reserved the service. Please check your email to see the notification.” You will also be able to see the details of your booking on this page below. 
  7. Thats it! Feel free to book anymore sessions associated with your course purchase. PLEASE NOTE that you are limited to the number of sessions you are able to book based on the number of sessions included in your membership/subscription.

YES!! AG Tutoring offers college consulting as well as general consulting and homeschool consulting.

  1. On any page of the ag-tutoring.com website, click on the “Book Now” menu option.
  2. On the next page, a list of categories will be listed. Scroll down and click “Select” under the consulting category. 
  3.  The next page will list the various consulting options available. Under each section you will see the duration of the session and the price. Click “Select” for the type of consulting you are looking for.
  4. The next page will prompt you to select your first session date and time. On the calendar select the date you would like your first session to be. Then, select the available start time. Once you select the start time, you will be directed to the next page.
  5. Once you have booked the day and time for your session, if you are logged in, you will be presented with a variety of questions about the individual participating in the tutoring sessions. Please fill out the fields with proper information when necessary. Select “Confirm booking” when you are finished.

  2. On the booking portal, you will see the menu options to the left side. Above that you will see a character iconClick on that icon.
  3. When you click on the icon, a small window will pop up and state “You are logged in as:____“. Click on “My profile
  4. After clicking on “My Profile“, another small window will popup. It will list your first name, email and phone number. Below that information, select “Bookings“.
  5. The next page at the top will say “Upcoming bookings” and “All Bookings”. Select which section you want to view. Below that, you will see the all the sessions you have coming up or every session you have booked.
  6. Thats it! Feel free to navigate to which ever booking session you are looking for. You can get detailed information for each booking and the answers to all the questions you answered during your initial purchase.
